It is hard collect handful successful Sri Lankan case law documents reached Supreme Court. However, an exception exists from landmark Priyani Soyza v. Rienzie Arseculerathe for Recovery Damages Death Person prior enacting Act No.2 2019. This just tip iceberg. Many more merits have still been under-reported. Prevailing tort liability Lanka neither best nor certain.
